In Europe we have an events box that is stocked with useful materials. We don't
have the equivalent in North America, unfortunately.

What we do have is a collection of designs that you can print out yourself:

https://cloud.gnome.org/index.php/s/90051b3fae3856a438e2e77ab0a856f5

We can also produce other designs for you, if there's anything you'd
particularly like. If you would like to print any materials yourself, please
contact bo...@gnome.org about reimbursement.
Alternatively, we could potentially look into another community member doing
the printing and get the goods shipped to you, if you don't think you can do it
yourself.

Thanks, ALlan. That should help. I should be able to get some materials
printed out. Do any of you have a rough estimate in terms of how many
leaflets and stickers I might need?

Does it, though? Sure, I could plot a decade-long stacked bars or
stacked lines chart that shows the activity varying slightly (and
generally going slowly downwards), but is that helpful engagement-wise?
Besides the moderate downwards trend, those stats are pretty much the
same every year: about 25±3k new bug reports, 25±3k resolved reports,
and 46±3k remaining open bug reports... so I'm not sure the multi-year
comparison is terribly useful in the grand scheme of things?___

Hi Jeff,

If I have to choose only one to include, I would choose the yearly summary
since the top 5 lists are more useful only when analysed and extended and
explained in the report.
The summary however, makes sense when viewed together over the years (e.g. 3
years) – since the objective is to give an idea of the level of activity
happening in the project – rather than broken up.

Yeah, I'll need to brush up; let me know if there are things in
particular that I should talk about.

Also, has someone contacted Texas Linux Fest? It just occurred to me
that maybe I was supposed to do that and I haven't.

Can you go ahead and do it?  Please CC me on it.  Thanks for reaching out!

Hi Sri,
