Hi,First of all, I would like to thank the developers for

problem.  I have the maximize policy set to smart expansion, both
directions.  On my main screen, windows maximize and don't expand into
the shelf area at the bottom.  On my secondary screen they maximize all
the way to the bottom and become partially covered by the shelf.  I
remember that it used to work when I had an older gadget on that
screen.
I have rebuilt from cvs today, so it should be current.  I am using a dual head and have Xinerama enabled.Jordan

Shelf + mem + net + cpu == all in one look(: In any case, the original
monitor module was removed quite some time ago, since it had many
serious bugs and no maintainer, and the split modules had fewer bugs, a
maintainer, and provided all the same functionality. Give them a try(:

[e-users] System monitor module?

2006-06-15 Thread Alan Hoyle
How do I find/download/install/enable/whatever the Monitor module?

I see a theme for it at:
http://www4.get-e.org/Themes/Modules/Monitor/

But I don't see it listed in my module list, nor (for that matter)
anywhere in my file system.

I found the e_modules-cpu, e_modules-net, and e_modules-mem in the E17
FC5 yum repository, but the "all in one" look of that Monitor theme
looks like it would be pretty nice.

No joy.

The behavior is odd. Weather module builds ok but in modules portion of
configuration panel it will not stay enabled. By that I mean that if I
close out of configuration panel & then re-enter, it will show the
module as disabled. As info, I did blow away the ~/.e/e/modules/weather
directory before I built the module.

I will do without until it gets well. Counting the engage module
install issue, thats two modules "toes up" for me. At this rate I wont
have any left soon :-)

Thanks for advice.
