Hello e-users,
I would like to execute some command when I lock my desktop screen and
do the same when I unlock it. Is this possible in e17?
I know you can configure E to use a different screen locking app, for
example I use xscreensaver. I don't know if you could put together a
shell that includes your screen locking mechanism and your command to
execute and put it there. Likely, that only gets you half way though as
the unlocking, you'd likely have to write your own wrapper for the
locking mechanism. Sorry, thinking out loud a bit. It's worth a try?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks and Regards
