Hello, do you know the module "Music Player"? Its a grafical frontent in your shelf, which displays the current song and offers you a ui, you can also give the module shortcuts. So you can use it without interacting with the ui. There are also options like "Pause Music when screen is locked", which is quite usefull. In the settings you can set the Player to use. [e-users] Enlightenment and Spotify
I am wondering that Spotify supports MPRIS… with this you can play/pause/stop music and next or forward songs… without entering to the GUI, for example with Fn Keys.
