Hi, AFAIK no. Apparently the fault lies on the KWin side of things, so it isn't likely to get fixed any time soon. E's implementation of the window stuff is the correct one from what I have heard. to bad, this is really annoying, maybe there's a possibility to write a patch, or to oblige this window to always open at the same place? All the tries i did with the window settings unfortunately failed.
