I just got a CC from the EVDL. Is carbon copy now allowed with EVDL messages?

As far as I know if you send to or cc to the EVDL the message won't go through 
to the EVSL. All extra recipients must be blind (bcc) Lawrence Rhodes

To be (somewhat) fair, crude oil get's turned into more than just gas/diesel.  
Bunker fuel, tar, plastics, etc.
Only about 65% or so becomes gas/diesel.
