Ouch.  As if.  At least they warned you before you connected.  They did, 
yes?

I guess Semaconnect's brass have been listening to all those reactionary 
anti-EV politicians passing EV taxes and opposing EV subsidies, who rail and 
preach and shout about how only rich folks buy EVs, so the yahoos should 
hate us.  You know, the same pols who are themselves usually millionaires 
(or more) and ride to their offices (when they show up) in expensive luxury 
ICEVs.

Not to gripe too much, but darn it, this is NOT the future we were promised.

Mark,

The hotel next to my work has free charging. But you have to be a customer,
and they don't have a restaurant. (So no low cost charging, unless you are
already staying there). My work was to have chargers on a new building, but
got dropped at the last phase. It's too bad, we have two Tesla's and an
electric Fiat. Lots of employees buying the high dollar Camaro's and
pickups. Tesla's would be an option for some.

[EVDL] Semaconnect $2 per Kwh!

Hi folks
I’m at a Enphase solar class in Richmond VA at a Best Western  and just looked 
at the Level 2 Semaconnect charging station that’s showing $120 for 60KWH !  
Has anyone experienced that rate?  I guess it saw me coming. Should have 
charged at a Tesla fast charger for 28c per Kwh.  
Stay Charged (but not at a Semaconnect)
