It seems you want an enclosed or faring protected vehicle. There are a number of solutions. Of course you don't want to spend much or you'd have an etracer. Maybe an Elf , Gizmo or the BMW C1 E but that is a concept. [EVDL] importing an electric Scooter
I've been looking into importing an ev Scooter , I don't like regualar motorcycles becuse of more possible leg injuries and cold wheather riding. and alas no one sells them sence Vectrix is gone.and BMW is thousandsss... I like being inside a scooter for rain, cold, and a floor board to carry things etc.. I've been looking at chinses ev scooters and possbly importing some. Thought I has someone to work with but they seem to vanish . I'm in oregon an other inrested in EV Scooters or hoping to find to import them?? it sounds complicated .. My EVT 20 has small wheels n beats/shakes bandly on small bumps.
