Hi, you may also want to look into running apt-get build-dep to get hold of all dependencies. Install the development package for the "openldap" library package. Looking at https://packages.ubuntu.com/source/focal/openldap that might be "libldap2-dev" (but what do I know about Ubuntu's package naming).
