When I click on the Message menu item in Evo (3.4.4 on Fedora 17),

the mouse button down until it opens. This seems contrary to how menu
items always work, in my experience.

Is this a feature or a bug?

   Thanks.
Not a feature or a bug.
I am running Evo 3.4.4 on Fedora 17.
Menu Message item works as expected for me.
I do see occasional mouse click anomalies but not strictly with Evo.

So why is it happening? I've re-installed evo twice, once with
add/remove software and once with yum. Makes no difference.

Hello!

Re-installing won't change anything.
Did you try sending to trash the evolution folder? Do that, close your
session and open it again. See if problem is still here.
Did you try with a brand-new user, totally empty of configuration?

Hope this helps...

I am using Debian 64bit, and the web browser, resets the DSL Modem every

browsers don't, and RESETS the DSL Modem every time I attempt to open a
 web page.

What do I need to do or set?

Hello!

This got nothing to do with the list. May I suggest you
a Debian users list or forum? Or maybe a users list or forum of your
browser? You don't say what browser are you using...

Re: [Evolution] Debian Connection DSL Problems

2012-10-13 Thread Tom Davies
Hi :)
I'm not sure if anyone has given these links before but DistroWatch is a good
place to find useful links for any distro
http://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=debian

I usually just type in
http://distrowatch.com/debian
or whatever and then let myself get redirected.

If you scroll down a little bit you find links to their documentation and all
sorts.  So, Debian's user support is on
http://forums.debian.net/
and there are mailing lists
http://www.debian.org/MailingLists/

Also general cross-distro forums at
http://www.linuxquestions.org

Regards from
Tom :)
