You have to re adjust your defaults to select the correct sent folder. Same
for drafts. This is a known issue with evo 3.x upgrade from 2.32

Hi all,

I upgraded from evo 2.32 to 3.2 (with the Oneiric update) and I get this
error on startup:

(evolution:6705): evolution-plugin-lib-WARNING **: can't load plugin
'/usr/lib/evolution/2.32/plugins/liborg-gnome-exchange-ews.so':

/usr/lib/evolution/2.32/plugins/liborg-gnome-exchange-ews.so: cannot open

It only happens with evolution-ews, but I don't know why it's looking for
the plugin in the 2.32 folder. Even if I remove the folder, the error
persists. Do you guys know what I have to change so it points to the right
location?

Thanks.

[Evolution] Evo 3.2 keeps asking Google passwords

I upgraded to evo 3.2 (and Ubuntu 11.10) and my existing evolution (which

Any idea what can be the reason for this? My previous evo version was 2.32.

[Evolution] How to clean up events

Hi,

I just upgraded to Ubuntu 11.10, which ships with gnome 3.2 and
evolution-alarm-notify started working just fine. The problem is that it has
a big batch of events to notify me about, which eats up all my CPU and I
can't just let it continue to see if it finish. Is there any way of cleaning
up the pending event so I am only notified of events that occur from now on?

Ok, that particular issue was solved by re downloading everything and
running ./autogen.sh again. The problem now is that when I try to create an
EWS account clicking the "Fetch URL" button doesn't do anything (I checked
the console output with EWS_DEBUG=2 && evolution)

Any tip on what can be wrong? I had evolution 3 installed and the gnome 3
ppa in Natty but I just downgraded to Unity + evo 2.32.

Hehe, this is just the beginnig. This is the list of packages I had to
install in order for it to build:

libedata-cal1.2-dev
libecal1.2-dev
libebackend1.2-dev
libedataserverui1.2-dev
libedataserver1.2-dev
evolution-data-server-dev
libgtk2.0-dev
libedata-book1.2-dev
evolution-dev

I guess gconf was included in one of the above, but in case it wasn't the
package is libgconf2-dev.

I just cloned the git repo, and after installing gnome-common and
gtk-doc-tools everything worked, so it should work for you too. Let me know
if you still have errors, I might have missed a library above.

Hi, I upgraded evolution and I built evolution-ews, but nothing new appears
in evolution. Is there any extra step required after make install? I'm using
evo 2.32 on Natty.

Thanks in advance.

Evolution 2.30 on maverick can indeed be closed to the message indicator, by
using a customer evolution-indicator package. See this for more detail:

Hi Patrick, the problem is that I only see the two attachments (both .asc),
not the email text. Sorry if I didn't express myself correctly, he has my
public key and I have his, we already verified that signing works OK (both
see our valid signatures in the messages).

I can attach the message source if you want.

Thanks.

Hi all,

I'm having problems reading PGP signed messages sent by another evolution

Any clue of what can the issue be? The only difference is that my co-worker
is using evo 2.28 and I'm using evo 2.30
