Short status update:
- The latest OFED-4.8-2 daily build includes SLES12 SP3 and RHEL7.4 support for IB core, mlx4, mlx5, IPoIB, iSER SRP:

- rdma-core was updated to v16.
- perftest was updated to 4.1-0.2.g770623f

Known issues:
- On SLES12 SP3 compilation fails for: qib
- On RHEL7.4 compilation fails for: bnxt, qede
- bnxt fails on all OSes except RHEL7.3 and SLES12 SP2/SP3, so, it was limited to these OSes only in install.pl

§Backports include: kernel.org 4.8, RH7.0 to 7.4, SLES 12.0 to 12.3

§Update rdma-core to latest (v16)

§Cavium would like to add FW for iWARP support:

§*Need clarification of distro support* (all backports or limited?)

§*Need expected timeframe* for the driver enhancement (days, weeks, months?)

·Timeframe (might be too aggressive but let’s try so we can move to next major release)

§RH7.4 and SLES12.3 backports done in 2 weeks – Dec 18^th .

§*RC1 by Dec 20^th *, depending on backport progress and Cavium iWARP addition.
