I would set up the macro as either a Workbook_open event or name the macro Auto_Open. then, create a Scheduled Task in Windows to open the workbook at 9:00am daily. I do this with several very large macros (and have them run at 11:00pm or 4:00am so they are complete before I come in) and they have worked relatively dependably for several years.
