Hi All, We have one web application to upload the excel files to load application cubes. Functionality : user will upload the excel files from web application(developed in .net) and the file will go to server and trigger to Macro then macro will run and read the excel data and loads in to cubes. Issue : sometimes users are unable process some incompatibility excel files if open and save the file again with compatibility mode that can be processed. What you're asking CAN be fairly complex. With LOTS of things to consider. First, NetWorkDays() can do a fair job of handling the number of working days between the two dates. If: May 12,2012 5:30 PM is in A1 and Jun 12,2012 5:45 PM is in A2 then =Networkdays(A1,A2) will return 44 days. Which, if there is no holidays in the period is correct. However, it counts both the first day and the last day as full days. However, to include the TIME requires more consideration. For instance: The starting value: 5/12/2012 5:30 PM is a Saturday. Which would not be included as a workday. So, do you NOT include the time from 5:30pm to midnight? What does the time represent? I think I'd need to know what the INTENT is in order to recommend a solution.
