$$Excel-Macros$$ Excel Need to Assign Weekly OFF by Formula

Hello ,

I need put Week OFF (WO) basis of attached excel (Day wise WO count) (Excel
attached with your reference.( if change day wise Week OFF count then it
should be automatically changed in Roster sheet.

Example-

We have 20 agents in a Shift and we need to give Weekly OFF to everyone
basis of attached sheet but WO should not be repeat more than one.

*Sample- *

Shift Timing-- 05:00-14:00
Shift Count -- 20

We can give Weekly OFF basis of Following days count.

Monday-3
Tue- 3
Wed-2
Thu-2
Fri-2
Sat-3
Sun-5

*POSITION SUMMARY*



The Global Data Conversion Manager will refine the data conversion and
migration approach used in converting data on legacy systems to SAP as well
as planning and overseeing the execution of migration activities.  The
activities include designing, building, testing, data cleansing, status
reporting and test conversions to facilitate successful delivery.
Additionally, the individual will ensure alignment of timelines with other
leads on the program.



*Responsibilities: *



· Coordinate and Lead data workstreams for completion of data
activities in all functional areas (customer master, material master,
vendors, etc) and manage data activities from Blueprint to  “Go-Live”.

· Define detailed data load plans for all objects.

· Develop weekly status reports and communicate status, risks and
issues

· Serve as global SAP data migration expert and provide leadership
to SAP programs and projects

· Provide guidance on data cleansing and preparation expertise,
methods, and capacity, to prepare legacy system data for SAP migration

· Coordinate the validation process – ensuring clear expectations
of what to validate, help establish best practices to ensure thorough
validation and documentation of results

· Ensure data mapping documentation meets the needs of multiple
audiences technical developers, business units for signoff and testing team
for validation

· Lead regular meetings for data cleansing and migration
activities, keeping progress moving forward, managing timelines and
escalating roadblocks/barriers.

· Collaborate with other teams and program management to insure
cutovers are incorporated into the project plan and dependencies are well
understood.

· Manage the development of upload tools and testing.

· Ability to oversee two conversion/migration teams concurrently.

· Work with 3rd party to understand current processes and ensure
internal ownership and skills necessary for transition to in house.



*Qualifications & Experience*:



· *10+ years functional, IT or project management experience *

· *7+ years SAP experience*

· Minimum 4+ years leading global data migrations spanning across
full ERP objects (customers, materials, vendors, etc) utilizing various
data management tools

· *Experience with at least two full life cycle projects *

· Leading cross functional teams in matrix organizations

· Experience in analyzing, manipulating and knowledgeable in SAP
data structures.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with
people globally, both business and technical resources.

· Bachelor’s degree

· Position can be located in Minneapolis or Houston

· Potential for some travel.
