*Job Description & Responsibilities:*
Ø  Minimum 1-3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
Ø  Marketing OPTS, H1b Transfer, H1B, GC, and Citizen Consultants.
Ø  Posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements and
finding requirements for them through other resources.
Ø  Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles
on various job portals.
Ø  Checking with the consultants comfort on job requirements and suggesting
any modifications required to improve their chances of short listing for
the job positions applied.
Ø  working directly with end client requirements like Tier 1
vendors/Implementation partners.
Ø  having Direct Contacts with the T1 Vendors or Implementation Partners
and generating new relationship with new vendors.
