I have attached both files in the mail.

In the master file I’ve highlighted some columns, if I update any value in
the master file automatically it’s need to update in the another attached
excel..

And also i have another excel file (DEF.xls) which has limited number of

Hi mandeep.

I have to compare prices of different varieties in various markets across 
markets. Mostly the price comparison is on daily/weekly/Monthly/Yearly 
basis and thier absolute change or diffrence between two dates.

But in the above formula mentioned by you,i have to select dates for 
various reports and to compare the different dates but in this i have to 
change the formula daily. 

And also to keep out the market or variety whom price are not available for 
the two dates.

Is there any permanent way ,any coding or any other way.

As of now i m start reading the book and source on net.

*BUT, is there any way to learn it by seeing video-Tutorials and yes is 
there any kind of certification xam for the same which would be useful for 
my Job prospects.*

 Anyway try the attached. There are 2 ways on the attached One is an Array
 Formula method, 2nd is a non Array method with helper column. 2nd is more

 If you're wanting a FORMULA, then you can use:

 =IF(EXACT(A1,UPPER(A1)),Upper,IF(EXACT(A1,LOWER(A1)),Lower,Mixed))

 If you're wanting a function:
 I inserted this function into a Module:

 Public Function Check_Case(Str As String)
 If (Str = UCase(Str)) Then
 Check_Case = Upper
 ElseIf (Str = LCase(Str)) Then
 Check_Case = Lower
 Else
 Check_Case = Mixed
 End If
 End Function
