Actually Excel 20072010 or more or less Samefile Format options..You dont
need to install any Compatibility package and all ...

You can just Save files as a *.XLSX,.XLSM.*..You will not fild any problems
on this..

Also you can set default file  save option as .XLSX .

I want to add in the condition of the hours worked column (M) less
than 4.5 in order for the format to be true.

How can I add this condition?

I tried: =AND($N30:$T30=Associate,$M30MinHrs)

to save the file has a .XLS or

XLSM because XLSX wont support Macro Language..
