Hi Group, I want to know how Circle Invalid function works in excel and vba. Circle Invalid? Are you refering to a Circular Reference? I've never heard of a Circle Invalid function. I think it is excel 2010 version. When you goto Data tab, then select Data validation drop down. You will find second option. It automatically select the invalid data. There is a Data Validation option to Circle Invalid DAta -- data that does not match the data validation rule for its cell.
