I was hoping that someone knows a way to administer domain users' mailbox permissions without having to log on to Outlook. Maybe I'm stupid but when I right click the user in question I have an Exchange task tab and and properties. Under properties I have Exchange general and exchange tasks, neither of which have what you are talking about. You need to first go to the View menu and choose Advanced Features. Once you have done this, you will have an Advanced Tab. Using Outlook assign folder permissions: read on the root mailbox folder, read on the Calendar folder, none on all other folders.
