Subject: Calendar issue in Outlook 2002

Hello All,

Got one for you.

I have two users that are homed in different Ex5.5SP4 sites in the same
=
Org (user1 and user2). They both are using Outlook 2002 and have =
permissions to each others calendar. However, when user1 sends a meeting
request out = with user2 and other users in the To: field, all replies
are
sent to both = user1 and 2 and vice versa.

Any ideas on why this would occur?? And how do I stop it.

Thanks in advance.

RE: Calendar issue in Outlook 2002

2002-07-15 Thread Lloyd, D (Dave) (IT Systems)

Probably the option 'Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages
sent to me' is ticked for one or both users. (Phrase might be slightly
different as I'm looking at OL98 not 2002). Untick the option (which you
find under the delegate options in Outlook)

 Good day All,

 Exchange 2000 SP2/OLXP;

 Cannot see another user's calendar(no information/no free/busy information
could be retrieved), looks like a permissions issue.A meeting can be
 scheduled with the user though.
Any ideas on where to start looking to correct this problem.

 TIA

In Outlook there's a setting that specifies how many months of free/busy

2002-07-08 Thread Pillai, Raj

Thanks for the pointer Ed, everything looks OK there, however the time zone
in Calendar options is off by an hour( it is spooky), The exchange server,
XP client are all on CST with daylight savings enabled, the time on the
time zone in calendar options is set to the same (CST with daylight
enabled, but is ahead by an hour)
