I reconnected them 18 hours ago with a new site connector and directory replication connector. Replication is ok from site B to site A all objects have replicated. Replication from Site A to B does not complete. All items replicate from site A, except 400 mailboxes from site A's recipient container. Message traffic is ok between sites, there are no message backlogs in either sites MTA queue. I am running exchange 5.5 service pack 4, Winnt service 6a.
