Re: Global Address Book Views after migration

2002-08-29 Thread Lionel Arcand

Hi All,

Took a long time for that message to make the board. I posted yesterday
morning.

I found a solution to the issue(On the MS support site no less)and wanted
to share it with you just in case you run into this.

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - Q277717 describes how to change the
display names of Active Directory users with Active Directory Services
Interface Script. It provides the script as well.

Have a great day!

Lionel

Not weird at all. It's logical. Exchange 5.5 references it's own internal
Directory Service for addresses, whereas Exchange 2000 references the Global
Catalog for addresses.

Subject: Global Address Book

Does anyone know how to set the Global Address Book GUI to look like
Outlook Contacts GUI (i.e. click on the GAL once and it shows all the
names, addresses, phones, etc.)?

Thanks.
