Is the folder shared? (I'm assuming Exch 5.5). I've seen this when the share is not enabled. Unless your server is very large, they probably aren't taking up much space, and because they're automatically purged after the retention period, they won't grow much if at all. My tracking logs are located at: \\servername\c$\exchsrvr\tracking.log\20011205.log Settings for adding to the tracking logs would be: Go to the properties of your IMS, Information Store Site Configuration or MTA Site Configuration. On the General tab of the IS or MTA config or the Internet Mail tab of the IMS, click the Enable message tracking option. I can't find where they're kept right now. The logs are retained for a period as defined by a setting in Exchange Administrator, the default is seven days. Unless your server is very large, they probably aren't taking up much space, and because they're automatically purged after the retention period, they won't grow much if at all. You ought to leave the setting alone because you won't know in advance when you have to track something.
