You install Exchange 5.5 but select only the OWA part. HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WinLogon Change the DefaultDomainName value from the computer name to the actual domain name the W2K computer is part of. Then rerun setup. When you get the you do not have the necessary NT service pack or hotfix error, write it down and search technet. You will find an article that will get you past that error.
