RE: Outlook Replies

2001-10-29 Thread Don Ely

You need to configure your IMC to receive all of the host names used on the
Sendmail side. Along with that, you might consider rerouting all of the
extra hosts to your primary domain. Things will appear more seamless that
way.

Having trouble with doing a reply to all or copying my self on a message to
be sent out. It goes to the other people but I don't get a message back from
CC or reply to all.. We are relaying from sendmail server into Exchange 5.5
SP4, NT 4.0 sp 6a. Using a aliases in the Linux world which looks like this:
rknox:rknox@localhost,rknox@x-exch and my exchange address loks like
this SMTP:[EMAIL PROTECTED] I am not sure what to look at
any help is much appreciated. Thanks Ronk

In your IMS properties in Exchange, on the routing tab, add every additional
domain (host) name to the routing. I configure mine to reroute to my
primary domain name so all is seamless and is transparent to everyone.
Don't use the email address, just use your .com.

I am not sure what you mean by adding the host names used in Linux(ie:email
address [EMAIL PROTECTED])??? Or just .com
