There is a size limit. If you have other rules that may be the case. The size is limited to 64k I think. Also I remember it is that way because that is a RPC packet size or something like that. I don't remember the limits, but there are finite amounts for the total number of rules and the space that they can consume. I have the exact same rule for another mailbox that works properly. I would clearing down the rules for that mailbox (via 'OOFRULES') incase there is a corruption within the rules area for that mailbox and then try again.
