We won't be able to use -N (it would have been nice if the others had
bothered to notice Exim's existing usage, but hey...)

-DSN would look like a macro definition
-dsn would get confused with debug
-oDSN looks possible

Ah, I see Exim is already using -N and -R. I don't know of any aplication that
relies on these conventions, but I think the compatible options for DSN would
be nice.

Sendmail, Courier and Postfix all use the same options: -N for the notify
string for all recipients, -R for the ret parameter, and -V for envid. Is there
any reason these aren't adequate?
