Keeping track of deleted photos

f-spot 0.5.0.3

Is there any tracking in the database of deleted photos?  I'm looking
for a "Delete from drive AND don't import again" type of feature.

Sometimes I import photos from media and then want to remove the photo
from f-spot and from the hard drive, but it still remains on the
media.  So next import the photo comes back again.
