I'm not quite sure what the Clinton's did for Black People.
  During the 90's Black neighborhoods collapsed,
  With an epidemic of crack cocaine, and the incarceration-
  Of tens of thousands of young black men.
  Many neigborhoods in the inner cities began collapsing.
  Jobs were sent overseas.
  During the reign of LBJ, this country came close to being completely ripped 
apart...
  It was the beginning of the great partisan divide...
  The Republicans want to take us back to the 50's.
  Do we really want to go back in time?
