While sitting on the grass surrounded by meditating scientists and others, Maharishi first decided to multiply himself by creating teachers of the Transcendental Meditation® technique. He inaugurated a "Three-Year Plan" to spiritually regenerate the whole world. · Visit LAKE ARROWHEAD where in 1962, in response to the meditators' request to have the essence of Maharishi's teaching in a book, Maharishi dictated his Science of Being and Art of Living.
