Rabbi Levine held hands with Maharishi like that in 1978 when Maharishi visited Seattle. On 09/10/2014 08:00 PM, Duveyoung wrote: I'll start. Please add your memory as another number on this list. 1. I was in the first row of a crowd of maybe 100 attendees sitting cross-leg on the floor in front of Maharishi. A smallish great room of a Spanish hotel was a hasty venue, because, natch, the course was off to a very late start, and there were all kinds of folks missing luggage, having no room assigned, etc. But there we were all wide eyed, and, WHAT? WHAT? Some guy outta nowhere gets up on the dais with Maharishi and grabs Maharishi's hand, and then sat there and held hands with Maharishi while Maharishi continued meeting with us. To this day I do not know who that guy was. Seemed to be a westerner in slacks and shirt and no much else, but he had to have been VERY VERY VERY RICH. Right? Ain't nobody every grabby handed Maharishi like that since Tat Wala Baba, and nobody ever since. I should have quit the movement on the spot.

Either rich, or some nutcase, and MMY didn’t want to make a scene. He may have been sent home the next day.

And a meditator I know who turned 100 this spring grabbed Maharishi hand to say hallo when seeing him for the first time. This incident, his advanced age and perfect health, still drives a car, must be related :-) ---In FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com, no_re...@yahoogroups.com wrote : ---In FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com, noozguru@... wrote : Rabbi Levine held hands with Maharishi like that in 1978 when Maharishi visited Seattle. Once, I listened to The Beatles', I Want To Hold Your Hand, full blast, while gazing adoringly at a picture of Maharishi, and my palm kind of itched for a second. explosive laughter off-camera - Yes, I am sure it does. Let's see, I am publicly winning...while privately losing...hmmm, I wonder if that dude still has Maharishi's sandals for sale?? If so, I could see how *wearing the sandals*, while playing the music, etc. may result in a couple steps further progress. I am taking this dead seriously, Dan, and I hope, for your sake (yes, your sake) that you are too. - Your friendly Yuga Repairman, Che Macncheese ---In FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com, no_re...@yahoogroups.com wrote : ---In FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com, fleetwood_macncheese@... wrote : Once, I listened to The Beatles', I Want To Hold Your Hand, full blast, while gazing adoringly at a picture of Maharishi, and my palm kind of itched for a second.
