Remember his statement to the effect that maharishi central university was moving along just fine, when the local papers there were reporting that it was just a collection of rusting girders with about 3 mexican security staff protecting the weeds. AFIK there're about 1,500 pundits in the brahmastan. The idea of over 100,000 is just a plan/wish. Remember they all have to be paid, and most of the money has gone missing. This announcement is just a way of diverting people's attention away from the missing millions. Rather than show donors audited accounts, they're showing pictures of pundits and cheap buildings. It's good enough for a lot of people.
