Its all about bodies. Armies of unskilled labor to to speak. (That is,
ones demonstrated skill set are not relevant for the job.) Work at
McDonalds, dig a ditch, be a private in the army -- sit in the domes.

As the original 'Taste of Utopia' couse, began with the temperatures 
in Fairfield, the night Maharishi arrived approached minus 40 below 
zero.
Many pipes froze the next morning.
Cedar Rapid reporters were on the scene showing thousands of shivering 
meditators waiting in the cold for a glimpse of the famous Guru.
In town the 'tongue in cheek' was: 'Thank God this is only a taste of 
utopia...'

But I recall  that MMY made a separate, late 1984, visit to Washington, D.C-. a 
visit of 
several months duration, well after the Jan. '84 end of the Fairfield T.O.U. 
Deepak met 
MMY in D.C. - well after MMY's last visit to Fairfield.
