I don't particularly care for him in the evil psycho roles in which he's usually cast. He seems to me to be just phoning it in most of the time with those. There's no conflict in those characters. I adore the comedy stuff he's done on SNL--just demented, as you say--and I love him in interviews. And his dancing...! He used to be a hoofer, and he's amazing when he can be persuaded to do a turn. I wish he'd do more straight non-evil dramatic roles, and more comedy. I don't think he's had that many opportunities to stretch himself as an actor, and he has plenty of room to do so. A waste of real brilliance, if you ask me. Love to see him in something directed by Clint Eastwood. Love to see him try Hamlet. --- In FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com, authfriend jstein@ wrote: From Saturday Night Live: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c2vJriMN-nseurl=

His role in Pulp Fiction may fit your bill. It was so funny and so strange. I'm sure he has done one too many evil roles but his role in At Close Range with the two Penn Brothers as his sons was a work of art. Even Madonna showed up with her best songs for the sound track. Check out Live to Tell on Amazon http://tinyurl.com/ysjymy It is just a few moments. Here are the lyrics:http://www.lyricsfreak.com/m/madonna/live+to+tell_20086969.html Even Tory Amos covered this song it is so great. --- In FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com, authfriend [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: --- In FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com, curtisdeltablues curtisdeltablues@ wrote: Demented Genius.
