As engraver’s artwork the Raam bills are fantastical. Christmas present material. What is ‘the exchange rate’ now for purchasing Raams as they are denominated? Backed by gold? GC? In former heady days of TM it was said that quite some lot of gold got ‘walked’ on to flights going from the West to the East.
