Over Labor Day the family was in Chicago for a mini vacation and decided to go swimming in Lake Michigan at the beach near Navy Pier as is our habit. There were few swimmers, and some of those had wet suits. My wife and I commented that the water must have been around 56 degrees or so. Come to find out that it was about 72. Well, that tax not only pay for 100% free healthcare including treatment for any disease and staying in speciality treatments in recovery from disease, but also for free schooling including Univerity to PHD, 1 year free from work with full salary after giving birth and 8 months for fathers, pensions (75% of your previous salary), with social services you receive 75% of your salary for up to 3 years if you become jobless and reasonable payments including support for housing if you are unable to work for some reason. +++ They receive much for those 28% than you seem to think.
