I think Vaj means that the sentimental don't get the Tao,
not that the Tao doesn't get them.

Of course, this implies that *Vaj* gets the Tao, so one
might want to apply a few grains of salt to his premise.

One thing you can say about Vaj is that he makes no
bones about having preferences.
