Just looked at the inspection statistics of cars here in Finland E.g. in the group of 9 years old cars (2004 ->) Toyota seems be almost by far the least rejected(?) car:
Honda: 1st and 10th Toyota 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 8th and 9th!
