Also, to keep the printing cost down ideally the label will use only a few colors, see for example http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Artwork/MediaArt/F10 Well, here in India, they don't charge by color. They charge at a flat rate of 11INR(22 cents) each for bulk production. We did a bulk run of 3000 for F10, here[1] is the photo. I think about something very simple, like a blue disc with all the required text *and* a ring at the outer edge in the Greek pattern proposed by Mo. This will be simple to make. I shall do it. Wow can you send me a... hu 20.000 cd/dvd? lol! We could but the cost advantage of producing in India will probably be lost in the distribution cost to other countries. Production cost has never really been a problem for us.
