Fedora 9 Update: tcl-snack-2.2.10-6.fc9
Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2008-9088 2008-10-30 11:39:30 Name: tcl-snack Product : Fedora 9 Version : 2.2.10 Release : 6.fc9 URL : http://www.speech.kth.se/snack/ Summary : Sound toolkit Description : The Snack Sound Toolkit is designed to be used with a scripting language such as Tcl/Tk or Python. Using Snack you can create powerful multi-platform audio applications with just a few lines of code. Snack has commands for basic sound handling, such as playback, recording, file and socket I/O. Snack also provides primitives for sound visualization, e.g. waveforms and spectrograms. It was developed mainly to handle digital recordings of speech, but is just as useful for general audio. Snack has also successfully been applied to other one-dimensional signals. The combination of Snack and a scripting language makes it possible to create sound tools and applications with a minimum of effort. This is due to the rapid development nature of scripting languages. As a bonus you get an application that is cross-platform from start. It is also easy to integrate Snack based applications with existing sound analysis software. The Smalltalk programming language is an object oriented programming language. Unlike other Smalltalks (including Smalltalk-80), GNU Smalltalk emphasizes Smalltalk's rapid prototyping features rather than the graphical and easy-to-use nature of the programming environment. Fedora 8 Update: pam_mount-0.49-1.fc8
Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2008-8699 2008-10-30 11:48:15 Name: pam_mount Product : Fedora 8 Version : 0.49 Release : 1.fc8 URL : http://pam-mount.sourceforge.net/ Summary : A PAM module that can mount volumes for a user session Description : This module is aimed at environments with central file servers that a user wishes to mount on login and unmount on logout, such as (semi-)diskless stations where many users can logon. The module also supports mounting local filesystems of any kind the normal mount utility supports, with extra code to make sure certain volumes are set up properly because often they need more than just a mount call, such as encrypted volumes. This includes SMB/CIFS, NCP, davfs2, FUSE, losetup crypto, dm-crypt/cryptsetup and truecrypt. If you intend to use pam_mount to protect volumes on your computer using an encrypted filesystem system, please know that there are many other issues you need to consider in order to protect your data. For example, you probably want to disable or encrypt your swap partition. Don't assume a system is secure without carefully considering potential threats. Update Information: Upstream changelog:- convert_pam_mount_conf.pl: ignore unknown commands - fix leftover assertion in crypto.c - remove legacy truecrypt 4.x support - deprecate cryptoloop (unsafe for journalled fs) - revert mount.crypt: default to aes-cbc-essiv:sha256/sha512 - fix invalid pointer causing crash on fskey decryption ChangeLog: * Wed Oct 8 2008 Till Maas [EMAIL PROTECTED] - 0.49-1 - Update to new release * Sat Sep 13 2008 Till Maas [EMAIL PROTECTED] - 0.48-2 - Update libHX dependencies - remove lsof dependency - Add patch to fix convert_pam_mount_conf.pl by Stephen P. Fedora 9 Update: pam_mount-0.49-1.fc9
Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2008-8726 2008-10-30 11:43:44 Name: pam_mount Product : Fedora 9 Version : 0.49 Release : 1.fc9 URL : http://pam-mount.sourceforge.net/ Summary : A PAM module that can mount volumes for a user session Description : This module is aimed at environments with central file servers that a user wishes to mount on login and unmount on logout, such as (semi-)diskless stations where many users can logon.
