Hideyo, call Best Friends in Utah. I bet they have a lot of 
information about various cities, as they work on this issue. I know that 
Phoenix has a low rate of euthanasia so you may want to call them.

  care center I requested from them --- what I am trying to do is to describe 
  the condition of animal population in general compared to other cities in US 
  (I know from what I heard, ALB is one of the worst cities (or NM as a state) 
  for overpopulation problem. If you can get any stats information from 
  your city or any other cities on line, please forward it to me, I would like 
  to use as a comparative data – thank you so very 
  much!
