Hey Nina, No, just happened to see this on PurringPixie - well, we do hear occasionally. I know of a situation here in Little Rock where someone complained, but they weren't that heavy handed. I know of a situation in San Antonio also (thru another mailing list) where a neighbor complained and called the city. They seem to take more time with it and have a hearing and so on. I think here in Little Rock, and maybe other places, the city doesn't bother people who are over the limit unless neighbors complain.
