Re: O/T Ginger
Sheila, I'm so sorry. This recently happened with my sister's dog. He was fine one minute and then lay down and was dead. I know it's devastating. As much as I hate illnesses like felv I think it's best when you're prepared and more heartwrenching when things like this happen so suddenly without warning. t[EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: At 5:20 yesterday I lost my sweet girl Ginger .She had been with us for 15 years. Someone dumped her in my yard as a baby and she has been my protector ever since. Some people would call her a brown mixed mutt but to me she was a princess. She had a sudden heart attack lying at my feet at the dinner table. It all happened very quick I don't think she suffered. I know this site is for our kitties but I wanted my friends to know and to pray for our hearts to heal. Thank you. Sheila PS, can you add her to the CLS ?

Re: O/T Ginger
Sheila, I'm sorry to hear about your Princess Ginger. I always shake my head in wonder at the people that abandoned the animals that come to live with me. I feel pity imagining their ignorance about how special they are and how much joy and companionship they missed out on. You, however, know better. May you soon be smiling through your tears at the memories of your gift from Heaven, a sweet, magical little "brown mutt" called Ginger. Re: O/T Ginger
I am so sorry about Ginger. It is hard when we lose any of our babies but when you have had one that long it is especially hard. When I was around 9 or 10 years old I got a cat I named Thomaseena. She died when I was 26 and it felt like she took a part of me with her. It is so hard to say good-bye to our friends that have been with us for so long. I know your heart must be broken. You and your family are in my prayers. Cindy Reasoner --- [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > At 5:20 yesterday I lost my sweet girl Ginger .She > had been with us for 15 > years.
