My FELV+ kitty is looking for a new home. I'm not in a position to give 
him what he needs. My family doesn't especially enjoy cats, and he'd be

  Why isn't TeeCee neutered?  You'd be surprised how much his 
personality may change once he isn't full of hormones.  Also your doing 
the next owner if you do end up giving him up a big disservice, the 
longer he is not fixed and spraying the more likely it is he won't stop 
once he is neutered, hate to say this, BUT very few people are going to 
take on a spaying cat.  Get him neutered and you may be plesantly 
surprised and decide to keep him.  How old is he?
