 I’ve noticed that this function

Update libmysofa lib.

What's the first version that works? The configure check should be
updated to bail out if it's too old.

Is there a resolution? What is the min version of libmysofa?

I'm failing to compile ffmpeg 4.2 on Ubuntu 19.04 because of this.
