Assuming it is only supported on little-endian ppc64, the check should be fixed 
accordingly.

Please find attached the patch, it enables ffnvcodec and nvenc, nvdec, cuvid 
for PPC64 architecture.
PPC64 support requires Video Codec SDK 9.
