[issue1911] ffmpeg decodes AIFF ID3 chunks as audio
New submission from ldolse ldo...@yahoo.com: Apple extended the AIFF format to include ID3 chunks some years back. ffmpeg attempts to playback those chunks as audio, resulting in a burst of static at the end of every track. This will get fixed if we get actual WMAPro-in-Voice support, since then it'll calculate packet size or zero-byte constraints and signal end-of-file.
