[issue2630] allow copy of timecode from input to output

In this case I have a Quicktime file with a video track, audio track, and
timecode track. I want to transcode to a Quicktime file with a different video
codec but copy the audio and timecode to the output. There is no -map_timecode
or -tcodec copy option to actually get the timecode to the output. Dave
