monitor that takes care of the screen rotation for you, sort of...

Well, there is no place in the Setup Wizard where you can set the 
distance between staves.
There is no other place in the program either because the default 
distance between staves
seems pretty hard coded at 320 EVPUs, and that is surely always too 
big a distance.
So I guess it is time to add another item to the list of much wanted features.
It should be a program option in my opinion.
